About Sarah Fosheim, DPT, MS, CCES, CMTPT
Sarah Fosheim is a Physical Therapist at CHI Lakeside Outpatient clinic. She is an Orthopedic and Women's Health Physical Therapist.
Sarah has a passion for working with lumbo-pelvic issues and has been practicing in this area since 1999. She was instrumental in developing women?s health programs at Healthsouth clinic Prairie Rehabilitation Services and Sanford Women?s prior to coming to Omaha.
She graduated from the University of South Dakota with her Master?s degree in PT and later returned to complete the doctorate program in Physical Therapy in 2014. She has served as Adjunct faculty teaching the women?s health section to the University of South Dakota physical therapy school from 2002 to 2006. She has certifications in ASTYM Dry Needling and is a certified cancer exercise specialist. In her free time Sarah enjoys working out skiing reading and spending time with her husband & four sons.
