Heather Hazel LIMHP?s prior experience includes six years on the Community Alliance ACT team using CBT and motivational therapy for the treatment of chronic mental illness and two years of service in Nebraska?s Employment First program. Currently an interdisciplinary team member in First Episode Psychosis treatment utilizing the On Track NY Model. She specializes in treatment of psychotic disorders and mood disorders as well as anxiety relationship issues and counseling to improve overall life satisfaction. She presently sees adults only unless teens show symptoms of a psychotic disorder.
