Dr. Evangelos Giakoumatos—known to his patients and colleagues simply as "Dr. G"—is a fellowship-trained Sports Medicine physician dedicated to helping you stay active. Whether your concerns stem from athletics, the demands of your job, or the wear and tear of everyday life, Dr. G provides specialized care to help patients of all ages move and feel their best. Please note that Dr. G’s practice is focused on muscle, bone, and joint health. He treats a wide range of issues, including sprains, strains, broken bones, tendon injuries, concussions, and persistent back, shoulder, or knee pain. Because he specializes in these areas, he does not provide primary care services such as annual physicals or treatment for illnesses like the flu, colds, or infections. Dr. G prides himself on being a dedicated listener. He works with you to create a recovery plan that fits your personal goals, with the ultimate aim of helping you get back to the work, sports, and activities you enjoy.
