Bridget Mostek is a masters prepared therapist. She received her Bachelor of Science in Social Work and her Master of Science in Community Counseling from the University of Nebraska in Kearney. She has worked at Richard Young Behavioral Health Center since 2006 most recently as the inpatient therapist of the youth unit.

Bridget is certified by Postpartum Support International (PSI) to treat mothers, fathers, and families experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders in the perinatal period.
