About Abbee James, MSEd, CCC-SLP
Abbee is a licensed Speech Language Pathologist. She received her Master of Science in Education at the University of Nebraska ? Kearney in 2010 and holds her Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology. She is a member of the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) and Nebraska Speech ?Language Hearing Association (NSLHA). Initially she joined the St. Mary?s therapy team as a PRN member in 2013 but in 2016 made the switch to come on board 3x a week.
She provides complete diagnostic and therapeutic speech therapy services for inpatient and/or outpatients of all ages. These services are designed to maximize each patient?s cognitive communicative and swallowing abilities as needed.
Abbee loves being involved in her rural community and in her spare time loves spending time with her 3 small children and husband.
